Kerikeri Theatre Company is thrilled to present: “The Taming of the Shrew” by William Shakespeare for our 2024 Summer Shakespeare at Kainui Vineyard!
This year, we’re taking a delightful turn from the dark tragedy of “Macbeth” to the sparkling wit and humor of “The Taming of the Shrew”. After the resounding success of our previous productions, “The Taming of the Shrew” is set to be another outstanding offering from the Kerikeri Theatre Company. Staged at the beautiful Kainui Vineyard and Brewery, this open-air venue provides the perfect setting for an evening of Shakespearean fun and frolic, marking our fifth consecutive year at this wonderful location.
General Admission tickets are available at just $37 per adult or $25 per student (18 and under). Want to enhance your experience? Our limited 4-seater gazebos are back, offering a cozy spot for your group – but hurry, they won’t last long!

Why are there are only 100 tickets available?
We have 100 general admission tickets available per show and an additional 24 VIP gazebo seats. We have found that this number ensures optimal seating and viewing, and helps ensure that our audience is spread out evenly across all performances.
